1. Acceptance

By using SEO Kings, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The marketplace

SEO Kings connects buyers with publishers offering guest-post and link-insertion opportunities. We do not own the publisher websites and we are not the publisher.

3. Orders

• Prices shown include our marketplace fee.
• Once you submit an order, payment is captured and the publisher is notified.
• Publication typically occurs within a few business days; some publishers move faster.
• You will be notified by email when your placement goes live.

4. Refunds

If a placement is not delivered within 30 days, or if the publisher declines your topic, we issue a full refund or platform credit at your choice.

5. Acceptable content

You may not order content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party rights. Some niches (gambling, adult, pharma) are only available on publishers that explicitly accept them.

6. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active users 14 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SEO Kings is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in good faith first; arbitration as a last resort.
